Mindfulness and self-care are essential for overall well-being.

Wait a minute
I know you may be wondering why I started like this...yea.
Today I want us to consider a topic which is very crucial to our overall personal development as we gear towards success in our chosen endeavors
First of all, what is Mindfulness?

Mindfulness is the practice of being present, fully engaged and aware of the current moment. It involves cultivating a non-judgmental awareness of thoughts, feelings and bodily sensations.

Dear Young Man,

Never in your life think that you can keep a woman loyalty, there is nothing you will do that's enough to keep a woman.

What ever you think you can buy to keep a woman's loyalty for you, there are many men out there who can do X100 of what you think you can do.

As you are buying her iPhone xr, they is another johnbull somewhere that's willing to buy her IPhone 14 pro.

The only time you can have a chance to keep a woman is when she decides to keep herself for you aside that there is nothing you can do..

I see some men spending and investing recklessly for their woman just to convince her not to look outside.

The fear of not loosing her, makes these men go extra mile to do things just to keep her...

Unfortunately, those men end up getting destroyed because such women don't last with such men, they are always available for the highest bidder.

If you are a man understand that anything you do to keep a woman is not yet enough.

Save yourself unnecessary pressure and do your best without hurting your life and peace.

Support your woman but don't do that out of fear that if you don't do it she will leave you.

Don't be afraid to offend her with your NO, once its not within your power to do it.... stand your ground and declare you NO.
