We've been designing brands for years. And the biggest mistake we keep seeing isn't bad design — it's this. 👇

Every week, we get a client who wants a premium brand. Then tells us to put a bread loaf in the logo.

We don't say that to mock anyone.
We say it because we understand where it's coming from.

When you've built something from the ground up — a bakery, a tech startup, a fashion brand — your instinct is to make sure people immediately know what you do. So you want the logo to show it. A bread loaf. A circuit board. A needle and thread.
It makes sense in your head.

But here's what we've seen happen, over and over again, in our years of working with brand owners:
