Learn to target any part of their body that will not lead to D£. Like their hands, legs, but don't target the chest or the head.

That is the only ground where Self Defence can save you.

Self Defence is about using force that is promotional to the force attacking you

If they use come with Knife, attack them with knife too, but don't kpai them
If they come with cutlass, attack with cutlass too, but don't kpai them
The force must be proportional

If they don't attack you, pls don't attack them. Remember, proportional force

Instead, run away for your life, don't kpai them when you hae the opportunity to run away
