"With charts like this, I don't need the knowledge of music theory to learn and be an established musician or instrumentalist". These are the words on the street.
Look at it like this. You really don't need education to become rich (make money) but you need education (lots of it for that matter) to be wealthy and stay wealthy. Dangote, Fobs, Steve Jobs, Zuckerberg and the likes left uni and still made money but go and ask them their level of education right now, IT WILL SHOCK YOU!
You can learn any instrument without the knowledge of music theory but you can't go far nor remain relevant staying on that pedestal. You need to scale up!
