Natural electrolyte recipe:
Let’s make Coconut Mint Lemon Electrolyte Drink

Ingredients

* 1 cup coconut water
* 1 cup clean water
* Ice cubes
* Juice of ½ lemon or lemon slices
* 1 tsp honey
* A few fresh mint leaves

How to Prepare

1. Fill a glass or jug with ice cubes.
2. Pour in coconut water and clean water.
3. Add fresh lemon juice or slices.
4. Stir in honey until dissolved.
