Who we are looking for
We are looking for a competent Projects and Account Executive to find business opportunities and manage customer relationships and projects. You’ll be directly responsible for the preservation and expansion of our customer base. The ideal candidate will be experienced in sales, customer service and handling tasks. We expect you to be a reliable professional, able to balance customer orientation and a results-driven approach. Your overarching goal is to identify opportunities with prospects and new clients and build them into long-term profitable relationships.
Responsibilities
• Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
• Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships
• Present services to prospective clients and take the extra mile to engage customers
• Negotiate agreements and keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Support with the preparation of project plans
• Preparation and follow-up of meetings and presentations
• General organisational tasks
Requirements and skills
• Proven / No experience as a Projects and Account Executive, or similar sales/customer service role
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
• OND/HND/BSc or BA in business administration, sales or marketing or any other social science qualification
• Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Enthusiastic and passionate
