FLICKERING LIGHTINGS IN BUILDINGS
Light bulbs in buildings at times continuously turn on and off themselves, providing unstable lighting. We say such a bulb is flickering. All kinds of bulbs can flicker, with various conditions that can lead to that.
The common light bulbs in buildings now are based on Light Emitting Diode (LED) technology, such as the panel lights, LED bulbs, and LED strips. Hence, this piece will focus on the flickering of LED lights.
Flickering of LED lights is actually not enjoyable for users, particularly where there is a need for maximum glare of lights. The flickering of LED lights can be as a result of the various situations, which can be a technical or even a very minimal issue a non-technical person can solve.
A partial contact in any network of connection to the LED light can cause flickering. The bulb not fitting tightly into the lamp holder is a partial contact issue. The switch of the light not totally connecting its internal terminals is in partial contact. If any cable in connection to the bulb - from the distribution box, terminal connections - is loosely connected, this can also cause flickering of the LED bulb.
You might have seen that a fixture (a lighting unit) begins to flicker after being switched on for some period. That is likely due to the heating effect on a semiconductor going through what is called thermal runaway. Overheating of an LED bulb power supply can cause flickering to occur.
People prefer to dim lights at times for their own reasons. An incompatible dimmer switch can lead to flickering of an LED light. Meanwhile, some LED lights cannot be dimmed. They have not been designed to be dimmable.
Technical situations might be occurring in the power supply of the LED light. This can be a partial contact in the LED light power supply circuit. One of the causes of this can be the fall of the light bulb from height. Another one is a faulty (bursted) capacitor in the power supply.
Finally, the power supply fed to a building can cause this to occur. Power supply fluctuation as well as low voltage supply can lead to flickering of LED light bulbs. However, this will most likely be noticed in multiple fixtures.

5,000 mAh can be higher than 10,000 mAh. How come? In a simple explanation, mAh is not the final thing about batteries.
BRIEFLY ON BATTERY CAPACITIES
Commonly, battery capacities are measured in mAh and Ah. Also, it can also be measured in Wh or kWh. The Wh (for lesser capacities) and kWh (for larger capacities) reveals the energy capacities of batteries, which is more important for battery users to know. mAh or Ah is actually your charge capacity.
Based on simple mathematics, multiply the mAh or Ah of a battery by the nominal voltage (written on it), and that is the best way to compare batteries, leaving the types and conditions of the batteries out of context.
If you do the multiplication, 12V 5,000mAh battery is actually higher than 3.7V 10,000mAh battery. Also, 3.7V 2,000mAh is less than 12V 2,000mAh battery.
