Job Title: Front Desk Officer
RESPONSIBILITIES
Endorsing letters and applications.
Welcome clients and visitors, and ensure they are comfortable.
Timely response to enquires and ability to sort mails quickly
Provide administrative/secretarial support as and when needed.
Monitor office expenses and work at keeping cost low
Willing to perform other adhoc administrative duties
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Time management
Minimum of OND in any relevant discipline.
At least 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
Customer-centric attitude
Top notch phone etiquette
Effective Communication and good command of written/spoken English.
Computer Skill and proficiency in MS Office Suite, would be an added advantage.
