Position: IT Support Officer
Primary Job duties includes:
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Resolving individual and corporate client complaints
• Help desk and providing technical support to clients and staff
• Onboarding and Setting up accounts for new end-users
The individual must be skilled in the following:
• Data analysis, presentation and interpretation
• Maintaining databases and ensuring system security.
• Software and hardware troubleshooting
• Digital marketing and graphics design skills are added advantage
Other qualities
1. Good command of English both written and spoken
2. Working knowledge of Hardware and Networking principles
3. Working knowledge of CRM tools or willing to learn
5. Availability for On-Call-Schedule from time to time outside regular work hours
6. Team player
7. Empathy
Interested individuals must be able to start work immediately.
Experience: 2-3 years minimum relevant working experience.
Age: 25 – 35 years
Qualification: B.Sc or HND in Computer Science or Information Technology or any relevant certification
