💡 LIGHT UP ANGUWA RUKUBA

A brighter street is a safer street.

Our children, families, women, elders, and businesses deserve roads that are safe at night.

Streetlights are not luxury.
They are security, visibility, and community dignity.

We are calling on leaders, stakeholders, and every son and daughter of the land to support the installation of streetlights across Anguwa Rukuba.

FURTHER EXTENSION OF RESCHEDULING OF EXAMS!

Please refer to the earlier directive by the Vice Chancellor that Examinations scheduled for Monday 30th and Tuesday 31st March be rescheduled, and further relevant updates communicated to the University community in due course.

After reviewing the security situation in the affected areas and environs and as it affects the University, the Vice Chancellor has directed that:
1. *Examinations scheduled to hold on Wednesday 1st, and Thursday 2nd April, 2026 are hereby postponed, and will be rescheduled later. For clarity, Examinations will continue from Tuesday 7th April, 2026, i.e after the Easter holidays.* Apart from the rescheduled examinations, all Exams on the Time Table remain unchanged.
2. Members of staff not on essential duties are advised to work from home.
3. Members of the University community are again strongly advised to be very vigilant and extra careful with their movements (On and off Campus). For emphasis, members are strongly advised to AVOID COMING OUT VERY EARLY IN THE MORNING, and should REPORT IMMEDIATELY any sign or shadow of breach of the public peace to the University Security Division on 08035895323.
4. University Management is actively liaising with the relevant Security agencies to ensure that lives are secure.
5. Further relevant updates will be communicated as Management directs.
In fragile times like these, may our confidence in the LORD be steadfast.
Thank you.
