A summary of the sessions

First session
Life is not an accident; it is intentional and divinely orchestrated. In Jeremiah 1:4–10, we are reminded that even before we were formed, God knew us and assigned us a purpose. This truth calls us to take our talents seriously and align them with God’s divine intention. As Rick Warren states, “What you are is God’s gift to you, and what you become is your gift to God.” Therefore, it becomes our responsibility to develop our abilities and make them count for something meaningful. The two most important days in your life are the day you were born and the day you discover why. Without purpose, life is like a ship without a rudder—directionless and unfulfilled. Make it your life’s pursuit to use your talent for a greater good, not merely for happiness, but to be useful, compassionate, and impactful in the lives of others.

Second session
Your Skills VS Your Talent. Skills/Talent monetization
This lesson explains the difference between talent and skill using the Parable of the Talents (Matthew 25:14–30). Talent is a natural, God-given ability—something that comes easily, like singing, dancing, or speaking confidently. Skill, however, is learned and developed through practice, discipline, and training, such as vocal control or music production. Talent is the starting point, but skill ensures growth and excellence. In simple terms, talent opens the door, but skill keeps you in the room.
Monetization means using your gifts to create value and earn income responsibly, without losing purpose. Your talent should first glorify God, bless others, and build character before generating income. Avoid pride, laziness, greed, and comparison.
To grow your gift: discover it, develop it through practice, discipline it with consistency, dedicate it to God, and use it to serve others.
