Keep your day refreshing with this banana and ginger smoothie😌
Ingredients (1–2 servings)
2- ripe bananas
1 teaspoon fresh ginger (grated or finely chopped)
1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based: almond, oat, coconut, etc.)
½ cup plain or Greek yogurt (optional, for creaminess)
1–2 teaspoons honey (optional, for sweetness)
A few ice cubes (optional, for chill and texture)
Procedure
Peel and slice the bananas.
Add bananas, ginger, milk, yogurt, and honey into a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Add ice cubes and blend again if you want it chilled.
Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
PS: For extra flavor, you can add a pinch of cinnamon
