Jamie Pajoel International (JPI) is a Global Youth Leadership Organization with a vision to equip young minds with the skills, knowledge and mindset needed to excel as future leaders and entrepreneurs. With our headquarters in Canada, we are pioneering the emergence of 1,000,000 Global Young Leaders in 30 Countries and within 30 States across Nigeria.

JPI Youth Convention is the largest youth leadership event in Nigeria which 10 million youths directly and indirectly. Our goal is to equip young minds with the skills, knowledge, and mindset needed to excel as future leaders and entrepreneurs. It is designed to feature renowned speakers, interactive workshops, and networking opportunities designed to empower participants to embrace innovation and take charge of their future.
This convention aims to achieve the following:

PROMOTE YOUNG LEADERS: To celebrate young leaders contributing meaningfully to their immediate communities, workplace, business, or social enterprise.
ENHANCE LEARNING FOR YOUTHS: To provide a learning platform for the personal development of young and emerging leaders with an overall aim of equipping, encouraging, and supporting them to steer innovative initiatives and solutions in their immediate environment.
PROMOTE ENTREPRENEURSHIP: To encourage the youths to embrace entrepreneurship to create job opportunities across various sectors and foster intergenerational solidarity and learning opportunities.
NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES: Provide a networking platform for young leaders to meet their peers in the same sector, learn from industry experts and explore possible future collaboration, partnerships, and mentorship.
AWARD RECOGNITION FOR ENTREPRENEURS AND LEADERS: Each year, we recognize 100 young entrepreneurs and leaders across Nigeria with JPI Young Innovators Awards.
