At last the GOAT debate is over. Lionel Messi has proven to the entire world that he's the greatest footballer of all time. Today's victory is not only for him (Messi), but for the entire world of sports. It's a victory that has been kinly anticipated long ago. Finally; patience, hardwork, dedication pays. Football has repays Messi the price it owes him all these years. Today, we're more than happy, everyone is happy, the entire world is happy today. Today's victory will go down in history as the greatest thing to ever happened in football. It's a story that we'll tell to our children, our children's children. The joy, the thrill, the emotions will remain in the minds of every generation. We're lucky to live in Lionel Messi's era. He made everyone to fall in love with football. His immense contribution to football is unmeasurable, unmatched, unprecedented. There can never be someone like him.

On his quest of achieving his dream, he has encountered a lot of challenges, it also required a long journey before arriving here. Day after day, year after year, it tooks him 20 years to become an overnight GOAT. A price has been paid before achieving this dream. 2014 FIFA World Cup final is one of the toughest moment we ever witnessed. Followed by 2015, 2016 Copa America defeat which lead to his shock international retirement. Again, 2018 FIFA World Cup still disappoints, 2019 Copa America disaster. But, at last things changed, all the past sad memories that caused our tears is now gone. Messi has had a message to the fans and he made sure he fulfill it at the end "Lionel Messi after Argentina's defeat to Saudi Arabia: “My message to the supporters is to have faith... We won't leave them stranded.” Messi is done with football today.

If Messi is to retire today, he has achieved his dreams, his long time dream. Today's victory has ended the GOAT debate, settled the debt between Football itself and Lionel Messi, brought happiness to the entire football fans around the world. Today's triumph will forever be in our hearts and can never be forgotten. everything that a Messi fan want to achieve is been achieved today, for that reason we can say "LIONEL MESSI COMPLETED FOOTBALL".
