Do you know that eggshells contain around 900mg of elemental calcium (calcium that can be absorbed by our body) and it is found in the form of Calcium Carbonate? It also contains other microelements like boron, magnesium, manganese, copper, iron, molybdenum, sulfur, zinc, etc.

Our body can easily absorb eggshell powder. It’s 100% human grade and when internally consumed it increases our bone density. Regular use greatly prevents osteoporosis.
However, Eggshells are not only one of the cheapest sources of calcium they also appear to be among the most effective.

1) As a Calcium Supplement:

Eggshell powder can be used as replacement for calcium supplement pills. Put 1 tsp of the eggshell powder in a glass of water. Stir and drink every morning. The calcium will help re-grow teeth, prevent osteoporosis and joint pain.

2) Makes Face Glow and Radiant:

C) You can also us it to brush your teeth twice in a week with a mixture of crushed coal powder and eggshell powder. This makes your teeth sparkle and gum free of diseases.

PREPARATION:
Preparing eggshell powder at home is easy. After boiling and drying the shells, you can crush them with a pestle and mortar and mix the powder with water or add it to food.
