We're hiring a Field Officer to join our team at Ketu

*Key Details:*
- Reports to: Credit Team Lead/Head of Credit
- Location: Ketu
- Job Type: Full-time (On-site)

*Responsibilities:*
- Field Marketing.
- Credit Risk Assessment
- Loan Portfolio Management
- Credit Analysis and Documentation
- Compliance with Credit Policies
- Customer Relationship Management.

*Requirements:*
- Minimum qualifications: OND in any discipline or its equivalent (HND/B.Sc - holders will have an added advantage)
- 1- 2 years' experience in microfinance, fintech lending.
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Knowledge of financial statement analysis, credit scoring, and loan documentation
- High integrity, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Proximity to Ketu is very important.
