BLESSINGS IN LESSONS

So recently, I found myself in a plateau mode finding more ways to increasing and improving the lives of my protegés, circle and business partners.
I always have the feelings of indebtedness to my people - I always feel responsible for their way out no matter what. And the reason is not far fetched, this is simply because God has blessed me with most loyal, supportive and all round intelligent followers who without hesitation or doubt trust my judgements on development matters.
Whenever I bring up an idea - they contribute their ideas and also make sure we execute within a very short time frame.
So this is why I feel indebted to them, I made it my sole, personal, private, non transferable responsibility to always seek out a way to help them become more.
In my recent quest to make this responsibility a reality, I started searching, from paying and attending top notch online classes to buying very high priced courses, from buying business softwares to attending events and finally I stumbled upon a very beautiful and lucrative niche which warrants me to go back to being the student and this I have started doing hence why my online presence plummeted.
Well my intention is simply to learn so I can help make more impacts in my people's lives but what I found out was that I am even making so much money and learning so much and becoming so much and developing even far better than I was few months ago.
-The lesson here is simple -
Whenever you think of becoming more in life e.g. richer, healthier, better or more relevant in life - just make the people around you a reason to do so. Make sure you see them like your responsibility and that will task you to do more so you can become more and then give even much more.
