This training is 6-weekends training for beginners who wish to learn and be confident in their baking skills and start their own catering business.

It comes with a course outline which includes:

👉 Cake baking such as Vanilla, Chocolate, Red velvet, Fruits, and Cupcakes.
👉 Cake Decoration includes - Buttercream frosting, Royal icing, chocolate drips
👉 Pastries such as - Meat pie, Egg roll, Buns, chin-chin, Doughnut.
👉 Small chops
👉 Chapman, Shredded beef sauce.

Training is held only during the weekends (Saturdays 9am - 3pm)
