Today at one of our estates called the Boulevard Alcazar, located in the Idera Housing Scheme in Eleko, along the Lekki-Epe Expressway, over 8 of our clients took possession of their properties as we allocated their plots of land to them. The excitement on their faces spoke volumes and this is reassuring for us as a brand knowing that we are putting smiles on the faces of our clients.

“IT IS TOO FAR. IT IS A BUSH”
(One of Common & Regretful/Rueful Complaints)

For people that complain (after being shown a real estate investment opportunity)... “It is too FAR”. “It is a BUSH”. “I don't see this place DEVELOPED in the next 5, 6 years”, ...

In most cases, what happens after a while is REGRET (lots of people had in the past missed great FORTUNES as a result of these complaints. I hope you are not one of them).

By the time they realize and come back, the place is no longer what it used to be, the value/price is no longer what it was.
