‎Most landowners don't have a land problem.

Happy New Month! It’s the first day of June, a month of fresh beginnings. But before we talk about goals, I want to tell you a quick story about a man named Kola. Last year, Kola called me on June 1st, full of joy. He had just bought two acres of land in Lekki. He showed me the document proudly and said, 'Olajide, I am secure. I have a Registered Survey.' My heart sank.
‎I had to break the news to him gently. I said, 'Kola, a Registered Survey is NOT a property title. It’s just a map.' You see, a survey tells the government where the land is, but it does absolutely nothing to prove that the person who sold it to you actually owned it. Fast forward to October... Kola lost everything because that exact coordinates belonged to a global government acquisition. His 'map' couldn't save his millions.

‎As we step into this new month of June, my biggest wish for you isn't just that you make money—it's that you protect it. True real estate security, the kind that guarantees a massive Return on Investment (ROI) and leaves a legacy for your children, requires an actual Title. A Certificate of Occupancy. A Governor’s Consent. An Excision. Don't let the convenience of a cheap price tag blind you to the discomfort of a future court case.
