There is more to Fasting.
Some things in our lives need fasting to speed it up. We have underestimated fasting with just skipping meals, being in a hurry to eat again, alter calls, prophetic order.
Little did we know that there is more to it, So much that Jesus told His disciples that "these things will not go except by praying and fasting", this means that some difficulties and challenges will be slow, will not stop or will take longer time to overcome.
We have to be intentional about it to get results, it's more of a personal growth exercise and it is really Fast!!
