‎✅ Organise Content into Bite-Sized Chunks: Information overload overwhelms learners. Breaking lessons into small, manageable parts keeps students attentive and motivated. This also aids retention.

‎✅ Eliminate Distractions (for you and them): A cluttered classroom or distracted mind affects learning. Create a learning environment where focus is encouraged for both the teacher and the students. No distractions but attention.

‎✅ Practice Mindful Teaching: Sometimes, slowing down and being fully present with your students is the best way to spark engagement. Students can sense when you’re genuinely attentive.
