The question I get asked almost every week is:
What skill should I learn?

My answer usually surprises people because I don't choose one for them..

One thing I've learned is that not every skill is meant for everyone. Just because a skill is trending or people are making money from it doesn't automatically mean it's the right fit for you.

Before choosing any skill, take time to understand what it involves, the problems it solves, the opportunities available, and whether it aligns with your interests, strengths, and long-term goals.

A well-researched decision will always save you from wasted time and frustration.

This was one of the points I emphasized during this speaking engagement, and I hope more people begin to choose skills intentionally rather than emotionally.

Research first. Commit second.
