There’s a certain kind of pain that doesn’t come from being rejected—it comes from being an afterthought.

So I stopped showing up where I wasn’t wanted.
I stopped asking about things I was intentionally left out of.
I started protecting my peace.

Because the truth is, real friends don’t forget you.
Real connections don’t come with conditions.
And real love doesn’t make you feel like an option.

So here’s my rule now:

1. Not invited? I don’t go.👍

2. Not told? I don’t ask. 👍

3. Late invite? I kindly decline. 👍

I’m no longer forcing spaces that never truly had room for me.
If I’m not thought of in your plan, I won’t suddenly become your backup plan.

Know your worth. Move accordingly.
