A believer is to walk in truth and in love. These two - truth and love - must never be separated, rather must go hand in hand, in our walk with God, work for/of God, and in our dealings with men. This is the only way we can please God and deal with men according to the will of the Lord - judging them rightly. We must hold truth on the one hand and love on the other. We must not be consumed by truth that we forget to love in the truth, and we must not be blinded by love that we forget to speak [insist on] the truth in love. Where one has to be sacrificed for the other, God is not and the Spirit of Christ is not. Selah!
