Meet The Speaker

Yole Odior, the Founder and Managing Director of Fushure, has dedicated his life to transforming everyday people into highly productive and well-rounded individuals. Through meticulously designed processes, he has helped people and teams find meaning and align with corporate culture and vision. Yole has excelled in enabling individuals to gain clarity, develop self-leadership, and take initiative.

His journey began with the founding of TSC Group, a top-rated firm providing ICT services to corporations and government agencies. As the CTO and co-founder of Nocopycats, Yole revolutionized the fight against plagiarism, helping institutions across Nigeria enforce originality.

In 2010, Yole delved into software engineering, leading him to start several startups and sit on the advisory boards of numerous companies across various industries, including hospitality, healthcare, renewable energy, retail, and education. Despite the diversity of these industries, the common thread is Yole's innovative use of technology to enhance core systems, improve efficiency, reduce costs, and deliver better value to end users.

In 2017, Yole played a pivotal role in a national project that helped thousands of young Nigerians re-skill and up-skill, creating thousands of new jobs and earning the AVDD national award. In 2020, he contributed to significant strides in eradicating poverty in Nigeria through the GIZ Siden Initiative in collaboration with the German government.

Yole's work in edtech began in 2018, where he deployed AI to make sense of the Nigerian curriculum. His innovative approach helped students retain knowledge, find value in their subjects, and extract conceptual understanding.

Every day, Yole strives to create meaningful partnerships with companies looking to develop valuable platforms that address pressing societal issues. His work in technology has had a profound impact on countless lives, and he eagerly anticipates continuing to shape humanity, transform lives, and help people become the best versions of themselves.

Nuel is a results-driven Operations Leader with a dynamic background spanning EdTech, product strategy, real estate, and tech-driven solutions. With close to a decade of experience across multiple industries, he’s consistently designed systems that scale, optimized team performance, and delivered high-impact products that solve real-world problems.

Currently, Nuel serves as Head of Operations at Fushure, where he oversees the engine room of one of Nigeria’s fastest-growing EdTech platforms. His expertise extends to strategic operational planning, cross-functional team leadership, product lifecycle management, systems optimization, customer experience strategy, and data-informed decision-making.

Nuel's mission is to build EdTech systems that are scalable, inclusive, and globally relevant, while mentoring and raising the next generation of African talent through structured operations and human-centered technology. He’s passionate about creating meaningful systems that work and would love to connect with like-minded individuals building in EdTech, product, or operations.
