"I don't have enough capital to start."

If I had a Naira for every time I heard that, I’d have even more than the ₦50,000,000 I’ve made in sales!

In 2015, I was like many others. I had ₦20,000, a lot of bills to pay, and a "financial constraint problem" that felt like a mountain.

But here is the truth: Capital isn't money. Capital is a SYSTEM.

I didn't use my ₦20k to buy unnecessary things. I used it to

1) Find the best manufacturers in the market.
2) I became the bridge.
3) I found the "Samuel Adeyemis"—the busy professionals who wanted quality—and
4) I connected them to the experts.

MY TOOLS:
a) I used the internet as leverage.
b) I took instructions from those who had succeeded before me.
c) I was 100% willing to adjust my approach when things didn't work.

By the end of my first 90 days,
-- I wasn't worried about capital anymore.
-- I was worried about how to handle all the orders!

If you follow the instructions closely, you can start earning money from your first month.

You don't need a factory.
You don't need millions.
You need the right direction.

I have documented every single step of this 11-year journey in my new book.
No internet jargon. Just practical experience.

Many of us are waiting for a "burning bush" moment or a massive warehouse before we start the business God has put in our hearts. We think we need a physical factory or a high-street store in Lagos or Abuja to be "real" business owners.

But if you look at the parables, the Master didn’t give the servants factories; He gave them talents. He gave them resources that required their input, their skill, and their movement to multiply.

In 2026, your "factory" is often your laptop, your "store" is a digital link, and your "product" is the skill God has already deposited in you. The sin isn't starting small; the sin is burying the talent because you were waiting for a bigger shovel.

I’ve spent time breaking down exactly how to bridge this gap. You don’t need to own the manufacturing plant to dominate the marketplace. You just need to understand how to position what you have (or find what is needed) and put it in front of the right people online.

Whether you are a professional at Konga, a member of the Foursquare family, or a student at FUTO, the principle is the same: Multiplication is a requirement of stewardship.

I wrote a guide specifically for those who feel stuck because they don't have a physical store or don't even know what to sell yet. It’s about moving from "waiting" to "operating."

Stop waiting for the building. Start building the system.

Does your current work feel like you’re multiplying your talents, or are you still waiting for the "perfect" time to start? Let’s talk in the comments.
