AGO Call and Load for Sale in Lagos Waters only not Badagry or Lome @ ₦670/5.

Dear Esteemed Buyer,

We have AGO (Automotive Gas Oil) available for call and load on Lagos waters, with quantities ranging from 10,000 MT to 80,000 MT.

Process:

*Buyer signs and returns with vessel details and an Authority to Load (ATL).

*Upon confirmation and verification of the buyer’s empty vessel, the seller will open communication to coordinate.

*The seller’s vessel will meet the buyer’s vessel at an agreed location for Ship-to-Ship (STS) transfer.

*The vessels will come and long-side each other, and the cargo will be inspected and confirmed by both captains.

*After product confirmation and attestation release by both captains, the buyer will pay a security deposit of ₦3 million.

*The seller will then pump 1,000 MT into the buyer’s vessel, followed by an attestation release from the captain.

*The buyer confirms the product and makes payment for the initial 1,000 MT.

*The seller will continue pumping the product as the buyer makes payments, until the total agreed quantity is fully discharged.

*Once the final payment is confirmed, the buyer’s vessel will be cleared to sail.

1.SELLER ISSUES SALES PURCHASE AGREEMENT, BUYER SIGNS SPA, THE ELECTRONIC SIGNED COPY OF SPA BY BOTH PARTIES IS CONSIDERED LEGALLY BINDING AND ENFORCEABLE.

2. BUYER RELEASES HIS VESSEL’S INFORMATION INCLUDING THE SSB/THURAYA

3. UPON EX*****ON OF THE CONTRACT, BUYER AND SELLER STAY IN THE SAME HOTEL IN LAGOS AT BUYER’S EXPENSE THROUGH OUT THE PERIOD OF EXECUTING THE PROJECT.

4. SELLER’S VESSEL OPENS COMMUNICATION WITH BUYER’S EMPTY VESSEL AND THE TWO VESSELS LONGSIDE AND TIE UP AT AN AGREED LOCATION.

5. UPON TIEING UP, BUYER’S TEAM CROSSES OVER TO THE SELLER’S VESSEL TO CONFIRM THE AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCT.

6. UPON CONFIRMATION OF THE PRODUCT, BUYER PAYS N5,000,000 (FIVE MILLION) TO SELLER’S NOMINATED ACCOUNT FOR SECURITY.

7. SELLER CONFIRMS THE PAYMENT FOR SECURITY AND CAPTAINS TRANSHIP 3,000MT INTO THE BUYER’S VESSEL. THE SELLER RELEASES THE ATTESTATION LETTER DULY SIGNED BY THE TWO CAPTAINS TO THE BUYER.

8. UPON CONFIRMATION WITH THE ATTESTATION LETTER, BUYER MAKES PAYMENT FOR THE 3,000MT TO THE SELLER’S ACCOUNT.

9. UPON CONFIRMATION BY THE SELLER OF THE PAYMENT FOR THE FIRST 3,000MT DISCHEARGED, THE CAPTAIN CONTINUES TO TRANSHIP INTO THE BUYER’S VESSEL AND BUYER WILL BE PAYING FOR EVERY 5,000MT DISCHARGED UPON PRESENTATION AND CONFIRMATION OF THE ATTESTATION LETTER DULY SIGNED BY THE TWO CAPTAINS. THIS PROCESS CONTINUES UNTIL THE BUYER’S VESSEL IS FULLY LOADED.

9. BUYER CONFIRMS LOADING AND SELLER CONFIRMS ALL PAYMENTS AND VESSEL IS ALLOWED TO SAILS

2 Buyer returns signed SPA with super cargo and inspector details, with tug boat, ssb details for boarding and ATB FORMAT and Make Cash Payment Deposit of N50 Million NAIRA For Commitment Sign Up Fees Security Guarantee

3 Seller’s Captain issues MNOR/ETA in Favour of buyer or open communication with buyers agent and vessel moves to 10 Nautical miles (Clearance is at buyers expense) for boarding.

4 Buyer upon confirmation of cargo through his super cargo and inspector makes Full payment Wire Transfer for cargo and move to discharge into the tank.

5 Upon confirmation of payment by the seller and all the parties, cargo documents are handed to the buyer.

NOTE: All the logistics will be deducted from the Main Money
