Our Dewatering Division is currently managing operations for this ongoing basement foundation project in Ikoyi, Lagos, an area known for its high water table.

Using a wellpoint dewatering system, we are actively lowering and controlling groundwater levels to provide dry, stable, and safe working conditions. This allows structural works to proceed without the risks of flooding, soil instability, or foundation compromise.
