One of my goals for the year was to attend an upgrade class to improve my skills, and I completed my training on the 10th of April.
We learnt various techniques for wedding cakes, cake recipes, fondant modelling, sugar flowers, ganache cakes, and so much more.
Thank you, for the knowledge you shared. I learnt a lot, and I’m so grateful for the experience. I’m excited for everything ahead and can’t wait to take on new projects.
