Requirements

B.Sc or more is important
Proven experience as sales of real estate, banking or insurance but real estate is an added advantage.
A minimum of 2 Years sales experience within sales environment of the above mentioned is very essential.
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets.
Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. Excel, Microsoft word) and telephone systems.
Exceptional work ethics, discipline and work place etiquette.
Competence in handle negotiations and tackling objection.
Excellent closing skill
