Job Title: Executive Assistant to the Managing Director (Female)
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos (Hybrid Work Mode)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and professional female Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director (MD) of a reputable real estate firm located in Ikoyi, Lagos. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, discreet, and able to manage a wide variety of administrative and executive support tasks in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
• Manage and coordinate the MD’s schedule, including meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and events.
• Prepare, edit, and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and communications.
• Attend meetings (virtually or in person) and record minutes and follow-ups.
• Handle confidential information and communication with a high level of discretion.
• Conduct research and prepare briefing materials or reports as needed.
• Track project deliverables, deadlines, and ensure follow-through on MD’s priorities.
• Support the MD with both business-related and occasional personal tasks.
• Coordinate activities, events, and special projects as assigned.

Requirements and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Previous experience in a real estate, consulting, or corporate setting is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools like Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid setting with minimal supervision.
• High degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
• Female candidates only.
Work Arrangement:
• Hybrid Mode: Combination of remote and in-office work (Ikoyi, Lagos).
