Position: Executive Assistant to the Group Chairman
Location: [Lagos]

Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Provide high-level administrative and executive support to the Group Chairman
✅ Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently
✅ Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required
✅ Act as a liaison between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders
✅ Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
✅ Coordinate meetings, events, and follow up on key action points
✅ Perform other executive support functions as needed
Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field
✔ Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role
✔ Strong organizational and multitasking skills
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
✔ High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
✔ Ability to work independently and under pressure
