So this post goes out to a special associate of ours, who has shown remarkable ethics & diligence despite possible odds!

Early last month, Peace was on her way to work at one of our offices in V.I.

Within a blink of an eye, she was being robbed, in broad daylight, her phone & belongings stripped off of her with no help in sight!

Thankfully unharmed, she gathered her wits & proceeded to work and her daily duties without a fuss.

Peace, you are an exemplary & we commend and honour you for all you do!

You are the face and representative of Fichaya, you will be required of the following:

Adopt a "cleanliness is next to godliness" attribute. Our Associates are expected to be clean, friendly, reliable & respectful.

Associate must be organized and meticulously attentive to details.

Associate needs to be able to take directive and work well with other associates and Relationship Managers.

The ability to meet target, learn and adapt to status quo and significant changes.

Associates must have stamina to work designated hours or overtime as well as weekends when required (Shift Basis).

Knowledge of cleaning products, their uses and machinery or equipment is an added advantage.

Associates must attend regular staff training , upon passing interview & test cleaning to maintain high level of service.
