“Not Under My Watch!” — Governor Otti Blocks EFCC Convoy, Orders Release of 59 Aba Youths

Governor Alex Otti reportedly halted an EFCC convoy in Aba after operatives arrested over 59 youths and attempted to transport them to Abuja. The governor immediately ordered his security team to stop the movement, demanded the release of all the youths, and instructed the operatives to leave Aba without delay.
Reacting strongly, Otti declared that Aba youths are not criminals, insisting that no mass arrest of innocent residents would be tolerated under his administration. He emphasized that Aba would not be treated as a hunting ground for unlawful arrests.
