You can't lead everywhere, someone must be a leader at a place in life... A pilot leads when you enter the flight, doctors leads at hospitals, lawyers at the court, drivers in cars or trucks... While pastors leads in churches.. husband leads at home, while Wives leads in the Kitchen..
Nobody needs to fail for you to lead, just lead in your areas of specialist and others in theirs...
