Mummy's pls let us try to be taking good care of ourselves, as we are taking care of the kids ....

If possible go for medical check up once in a while,let's us try to be checking our blood and sugar level regularly not until we are sick .let's learn to always take enough fruits ,water,vegetables ,take vitamins and food supplements, rich in zinc and biotin too if we can afford them .

it's not easy but I pray God give us the strength to do so 🙏
So that we can live to watch the kids grow to useful to us and the society .

I prat God will not take us when it's time to reap the fruits or labour
Health is Wealth ! Be wise .

The best Dad isn't just the one who buys toys .it's the one who protects the mother, respect her feelings and emotions.

Makes the home feels "safe" for both the kids and the mother ,(free from unnecessary attitude,shout n yell at any slight mistakes)

Children don't just live by toys n goody bags ,they watch those attitude of yours towards their mother and the home .
