7. Understand job details – technical and non-technical
8. Personnel and project supervision

10. Solar engineering designs
11. Health and safety management
12. Maintenance engineering
13. Job scheduling and progress monitoring
14. Supervision of works at height and possible training on work at height
15. General project management skills
16. Project reporting
17. Must be able to recognize good and quality works done – quality checks and controls
18. Should be able to interpret and attend to tender documents.
