Objects of Memorandum

1. To carry on the business of providing employment, recruitment, and career development services through digital and technology-driven platforms, including job search, job application management, and job tracking services.

2. To engage in employment services, recruitment support, talent sourcing, executive recruitment, and company job listing services for individuals, organizations, and institutions.

3. To design, develop, and optimize professional resumes, curriculum vitae, cover letters, and related career documents, including LinkedIn profile development and personal branding services for job seekers.
4. To conduct talent identification, skills assessment, competency evaluation, and career profiling services aimed at improving employability and workforce readiness.

5. To engage in human resources development services including training, career advisory, employability coaching, workforce development, and professional capacity-building programs for individuals, corporate organizations, and institutions.
To carry on all such other lawful activities as are incidental or conducive to the attainment of the above objects.
