You are not thinking.
You are remembering.

I listened to the first 10 "Uncomfortable Truths" from Modern Wisdom.

The Takeaway:
The uncomfortable part?
You are not outside these patterns.
You are inside them.
Awareness is the real advantage.

You cannot build a new future while using a "biological map" of your past, which refers to your habitual thoughts and automatic emotional responses shaped by past experiences. Dr Joe Dispenza’s breakdown on Steve Bartlett Dairy of a CEO Podcast is a technical manual for rewriting your own mental and emotional patterns (your "code").

Here is how to break the habit of being yourself.

Stop seeking validation. Build quietly.

New ideas, like wet clay, are easily shaped by others’ opinions.

This is Part 2 of our breakdown of Sara Blakely’s approach. Here’s why her "1-Year Silence Rule" gives founders a real advantage.

On School of Greatness, Sara Blakely shared a perspective that defines the "Founder Mindset" in 2026: Success is not about your IQ or your capital; it's about your relationship with failure.

Most people spend their lives building "Shields" to avoid embarrassment. Sara spent her life building "engines" out of it.

When Sara was a young girl, her father would ask her every night: "What did you fail at today?" If she hadn't failed, he was disappointed.

Rejection is just "data".

The "I'll sleep when I'm dead" mindset is a self-fulfilling prophecy.

On The Joe Rogan Experience Rogan Experience, Dr Matthew Walker shared a perspective that serves as a brutal reality check for the "Hustle Culture" of 2026: Sleep deprivation is the most significant health epidemic facing the developed world, costing us billions in lost productivity, medical errors, and shortened lifespans. We have stigmatised sleep as "laziness", but the science shows it is the ultimate performance enhancer.

It's not a pill. It's not a supplement. It's sleep. Breaking down Dr Matthew Walker on the Joe Rogan Experience.

Every amateur investor in 2026 is chasing the "next great AI software." They are looking for the next app, the next agent, or the next LLM that will change the world. But Chamath Palihapitiya is looking at the "bolts and nuts".

He realized that you can have the most sophisticated "Infinite Mind" in the world, but if you don't have the physical infrastructure to power it, it’s just a ghost in the machine.

AI isn't just code; it's copper.

In 2021, you could raise $10 million for a "product idea" sketched on a napkin. Money was essentially free, and "Growth at all Costs" was the only metric that mattered. Chamath Palihapitiya watched as billions were poured into companies that had no path to profitability, fuelled by a decade of near-zero interest rates.

Then, the music stopped.

The old rules of money are officially broken. The "Free Capital" era is dead, and the "Efficiency Era" has arrived. Chamath’s latest outlook on is a must watch for anyone navigating the 2026 economy.

In 1995, Wim Hof's wife tragically took her own life after a battle with depression. Left with four children and a broken heart, Wim felt his own mind spiralling. What he did next was a life-changing moment in his life; he went to the freezing water at Beatrix Park in Amsterdam.

The shock of the ice did something the “civilised” world couldn’t: it forced him to be present. It silenced the grief. It taught him that the cold isn’t an enemy; it’s a mirror.

Comfort is a slow-acting poison for your performance. If you want to perform at a high level in 2026, you have to intentionally reintroduce "stressors" into your life.

Stop avoiding the cold. Start using it.

How to Create a "Grand Slam" Offer

Alex Hormozi once worked with a gym owner who was trying to sell a "standard" 12-month membership for $50 a month. The owner was struggling to close even 10% of his leads. Alex told him to stop selling the membership and start selling a "6-Week Total Body Reset" for $600.

The owner thought Alex was crazy. "No one will pay 12 times the price for a shorter duration!"

But within a week, the closing rate jumped to 60%.
Why? Because people don't buy "time" or "access", they buy certainty and transformation.

Price is only an issue in the absence of value. If you're struggling to close leads, you don't have a "sales" problem, you have an "offer" problem.

Part 2 of our breakdown of Alex Hormozi’s "$100M Leads."

How to Get 1,000,000 Leads
Alex Hormozi once sat in a room with a business owner who was complaining that "no one wants to buy" his services. Alex asked him one question: "How many people know you exist?" The owner hesitated and said, "Well, we have a website."
Hormozi’s response was brutal: "You don't have a sales problem. You have an obscurity problem. You are a secret, and secrets don't make money."

Obscurity is the ultimate tax on your talent. If people don't know you exist, they can't pay you. ’s "$100M Leads" is the definitive manual for building a bridge to your audience.

How to Command Every Room

Power isn't something you get; it's something you project. The most dangerous person in the room is the one who has nothing to hide from themselves.

I listen to Robert Greene on The Diary Of a CEO, and it reveals a truth that is as uncomfortable as it is liberating: Your "Shadow", the parts of yourself you try to hide, is actually the source of your greatest power.

If you don't integrate your shadow, it will eventually own you. If you do, you become a force that cannot be ignored.

I listened to Robert Greene’s interview with Steven Bartlett on The Diary Of A CEO, and it serves as a cold-water rinse for anyone who thinks hard work alone is enough. Robert argues that we are all social animals playing a game of influence, whether we admit it or not. If you ignore the laws of power, you aren't being "virtuous"; you are being a victim.
