Good morning warriors, how was your night? Mine was great 👍. How do you all cope with the cost of maintaining PCOS as someone still hustling, the food aspect, supplements and all? Sometimes I feel like I should just leave everything to God, but my body always suffers for it, it's so draining 😩😩😩😩. May God help us all 🙏🏾. We still move regardless 👌

Good evening, my PCOS warriors. How are we all doing? I was a bit under the weather, but I'm better now. I've missed you all. Please let's all be cautious of what we eat this Christmas season, as we all know our metabolism is slower. I have good news to share: my period came for 5 days and stopped with no prolonged period and heavy bleeding at all, I am so happy. I will definitely share my routine that works for me tomorrow. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year in advance 💕💕💕💕💕
