AREWA Islamic Reminder

شَهْرُ رَمَضَانَ الَّذِي أُنزِلَ فِيهِ الْقُرْآنُ هُدًى لِّلنَّاسِ وَبَيِّنَاتٍ مِّنَ الْهُدَىٰ وَالْفُرْقَانِ ۚ فَمَن شَهِدَ مِنكُمُ الشَّهْرَ فَلْيَصُمْهُ ۖ وَمَن كَانَ مَرِيضًا أَوْ عَلَىٰ سَفَرٍ فَعِدَّةٌ مِّنْ أَيَّامٍ أُخَرَ ۗ يُرِيدُ اللَّهُ بِكُمُ الْيُسْرَ وَلَا يُرِيدُ بِكُمُ الْعُسْرَ وَلِتُكْمِلُوا الْعِدَّةَ وَلِتُكَبِّرُوا اللَّهَ عَلَىٰ مَا هَدَاكُمْ وَلَعَلَّكُمْ تَشْكُرُونَ (185)

If Allah makes you wake up today, it means He is giving you another chance to repent and do good.
Don’t waste it.

Islam is not only prayer and fasting.
It is:
Good character
Kindness to parents
Honesty in business
Mercy to animals
Helping the poor
The Prophet ﷺ said:
“The best among you are those with the best manners.”

The closer you are to Allah, the calmer your heart becomes.

“Indeed, Allah is with those who are patient.”
(Qur’an 2:153)
