VACANCY: Finance/Administrative Assistance
Our client – A hall/events center in Ojodu, Lagos requires the services of a Finance/Administrative Assistant
The ideal candidate must possess the following:
· OND in Accounting, Business Administration, Banking & Finance
· Age Bracket: Between 28 - 35 years
-Excellent communication skills
-Must be able to use computer Excel, Word etc
-Must be staying at or around Ojodu axis
-work is 6 days a week, 8am to 6pm daily
-Must be able to relate well with clients
-Must be willing to meet deadlines & follow set rules and instructions.
- Must be extremely thorough and pay attention to details

JOB RESPONSILITIES
-Ensure preparation of all source documents and post on the software appropriately
-Oversee all administrative responsibilities
-Handle all invoices and receipts and post on software as appropriate
-Stand in for the hall supervisor when not on duty
-Monthly preparation of bank and cash statement as generated from the software

Salary proposed: NGN150,000 Monthly

VACANCY: Executive Driver
Are you a highly experienced, professional, and safety-conscious driver residing within the Ogudu axis? We are urgently recruiting a reliable Executive Driver for a client based in Ogudu, Lagos.
📍 Position Details:
• Location: Ogudu, Lagos (Applicants must reside within or around the Ogudu).
• Remuneration: ₦150,000 net monthly.
• Resumption: Immediate.
Key Requirements & Qualifications:
• Education: Minimum of SSCE. Must possess the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Experience: At least 5 years of verifiable, active driving experience (executive or corporate driving experience is an advantage).
• Navigation Skills: Exceptional, working knowledge of the Lagos metropolis road network as well as interstate travel routes. Good knowledge of road signs (highway code)
• Safety & Compliance: Thorough understanding of road traffic signs, defensive driving techniques, and highway codes.
• Documentation: Must possess a valid Nigerian driver’s license. LASDRI an added advantage
