we often adopt habits from the fasting season,
such as continuing our fasts, reciting more of the glorious Qur'an, or embracing the proper Hijab. If you're considering wearing the Hijab but don't know where to start, it can be daunting after a month of worship.
However, postponing it due to feeling unprepared isn't the solution.
Dearest sis, wearing the Hijab isn't a difficult decision.
Remember, if you sincerely strive in Allah's path, He will guide you, even if the world opposes you. Taking the first step may seem intimidating, with the added responsibility and perceptions from others, but know that Hijab isn't a burden. It's a shield against evil, harm, and sinful paths, drawing you closer to Allah, bringing fulfillment and joy.
Here are some tips before starting to wear the Hijab:
1. Seek guidance from Allah: Pray for clarity and guidance in your decision.
2. Research: Learn about Hijab's significance and rules from reputable sources like madrasah, books, or experienced family members.
3. Self-discipline: Stay strong against negative opinions and comparisons, focusing on your personal journey.
4. Commitment: Understand that wearing Hijab is a lifelong commitment, symbolizing your devotion to Allah and self-respect.
5. Practice and Patience**: Getting used to wearing the Hijab may take time, so be patient with yourself and practice different techniques.
6. Confidence is Key: Embrace your decision with confidence and pride, knowing that your Hijab is a beautiful expression of your faith and identity.
Adhering to the Hijab is an ongoing journey. While it may be challenging, self-discipline and commitment ensure confidence in your decision.

If for anything, then it should be for the sake of Allah.
I remember stepping out and someone saying, "this your Hijab isn't it too long" and "ain't you hot?" Even though am feeling the drop of sweat in my own skin, I will always console myself...the thought of doing it for the sake of Allah just makes me feel confident.
Al-Ahzab 33:59
O Prophet, tell your wives and your daughters and the women of the believers to bring down over themselves [part] of their outer garments. That is more suitable that they will be known and not be abused. And ever is Allah Forgiving and Merciful.
It's worn for the sake of our creator and we ask him blessed be he to ease for us our affairs in this Dunya and Ahkira.
Why not tell us what your hot days like?
