Resilience and Opportunity Aid Foundation (ROAF) is a youth-led, non-profit organization committed to building resilience and creating sustainable opportunities for vulnerable communities in North-East Nigeria.

With Mission to empower marginalized and disadvantaged communities to build resilience and unlock sustainable opportunities through climate action and environmental sustainability, livelihoods, mine action, WASH, Peace-building, Education and Protection.

As part of its commitment to ensuring transparency, accountability, value for money, and effective service delivery.
The organization implements humanitarian and development interventions across various sectors and requires reliable vendors capable of delivering quality goods, works, and services in a timely and professional manner. To strengthen its procurement system and establish a pool of pre-qualified vendors, the organization is conducting an open and competitive Expression of Interest process in accordance with its procurement policies and internationally recognized donor compliance standards.

The purpose of this exercise is to identify vendors with the technical capacity, financial stability, relevant experience, and legal compliance necessary to support the organization's operational and programmatic activities. Successful applicants will be considered for future procurement opportunities; however, inclusion in the vendor database does not constitute a guarantee of contract award.

Interested vendors are encouraged to submit complete and accurate documentation demonstrating their qualifications, experience, and ability to provide the required goods, works, or services.
