In 18 months of his emergence as pioneer CEO in ICT, the state now stands tall among digital champions, earning national recognition, including powering the historic honor of Digital Governor of the Year 2025 for His Excellency, Prof. Babagana Umara Zulum, an achievement deeply rooted in the digital renaissance he champions.
