Today, I had the privilege of engaging with students of the Moses orshio Adasu University Makurdi, from Biological Science Department on the scientific and genetic foundations of catfish farming. We explored how proper broodstock selection, strain improvement, and basic genetics can significantly boost growth rate, survival,and overall fish farming.

Sessions like this remind us that aquaculture is not practice it's science, knowledge, and skill. And anyone who is willing to learn can become outstanding in this field.
