ABILITY IN DISABILITY: A Call for Support for a Disabled Child Who Wants to Study Nursing.

Bashir, who lost his legs due to polio, never lost hope of actualizing his dreams. He used to sell MTN and Airtel data to earn a living and never considered begging as a source of income.

If you recall, some weeks ago I posted his UTME (Jamb) result, in which he scored over 200+. He applied to the College of Nursing Sciences, FMC N'guru, to study nursing and he got an admission.

On behalf of his family, I am writing this piece to solicit support from philanthropists, individuals, or the government to aid him in pursuing his dream. I believe Bashir will become a role model for other disabled children who have lost hope. Education is a right, not a privilege.

SDCC Limited (Sulsha Digital Class and Consultancy Limited) is offering 10 FULL SCHOLARSHIP SLOTS for orphans (children who have lost either their father or both parents) to attend our Kids Holiday Computing Bootcamp 2.0.
