Don't be scared of proposing both parties sign a contract, you won't loose the deal. You most likely would be more respected and seen as a serious business man/businesswoman.
It would cost you more in the future cos it's then based on what she or he said. Why not just take the stress off and have your terms and agreements clearly spelt out.

Living things are things that have life. That was part of our revision with my kids for their assessment before the Christmas break. Even though a contract cannot move, breathe or grow. A contract can actually grow, reproduce and die if you think about it well enough.
My point is, Contracts are living documents that need to be reviewed with the changing circumstance.s most businesses go through and also the fast pace of the world we operate in. As much as we lawyers look into the future to draft contracts to protect businesses and individuals, businesses and individuals are constantly evolving.
Not to talk of laws that are constantly changing that needs to be reflect in the terms of your contract..
