You Can Unstuck Yourself

Did you know that doing the same thing repeatedly and expecting a different result is called madness? Yes, it is called madness, and I have been mad for the past two years – writing the same content, the same pattern, to the same audience and expecting different feedback.

This was my life. I turned in this cycle for years thinking I was making progress, and yet, I wonder why I was still stuck at the same level. Sometimes I think writing wasn't for me.

Things changed the day I stumbled on a post on Facebook. The writer took time to explain "Why Some Are Stuck".
He explained, among another interesting concept, "proper audience targeting" and realized that I had been targeting the wrong audience. These people include my neighbours, family members, coursemates and friends. After seeing my mistakes, I reloaded my gun and shot it to where my target audience was.

It was difficult to adjust from the hit-and-run pattern of content presentation to a more encompassing one that carries a call-to-action as its closing remake. From my experience, I've come to understand the need to ask questions and seek out clues even when one feels that he/she knows the concept already.
